Description du produit

L’argile expansée Laterlite Più est un agrégat léger et isolant obtenu avec seulement de l’argile naturelle, expansée et clinckérisée à 1200°C, caractérisée par une structure interne cellulaire enfermée dans une écorce dure et résistante. Laterlite Più est hydrophobe, c’est à dire caractérisée par une absorption d’eau minimale, tout à l’avantage de l’ouvrabilité. Laterlite Più est marquée CE et certifiée pour la bio construction par l’institut ANAB-ICEA. 

Avantage de la Laterlite Più (ou Latterlite Plus)

  • Sèche : la Laterlite Più est hydrophobe et ne retient pas l'humidité. Son coefficient d'absorption après 30 minutes d'immersion est d'environ 1%.
  • Légère : comme la Laterlite classique, il s'agit d'un composant léger à la masse volumique d'environ 440 Kg/m3
  • Naturelle, écologique et résistante : sans produits ou additifis nocifs, la Laterlite Più est naturelle et ne se dégrade pas dans le temps.
  • Haute résistance à la compression grâce à son écorce compacte et solide.
  • Isolant thermique

Domaines d'utilisation

Utilisation seule de l'argile expansée Laterlite :

  • Systèmes à sec  dans le neuf et la rénovation
  • Chapes sèches, parquets a clouer (DTU 51-1), couches d’égalisations, remplissages (voutes, etc.) : pour une chape sèche, la Latrelite est simplement déposée sur le support, puis bien tassées. Ensuite, on viendra fixer une plaque Fermacell ou OSB par dessus.
  • Rénovation de plancher bois pour combler/égaliser les espaces entre lambourdes/solives
  • Terres pleins isolants empêchant les remontées d’humidité
  • Drainages et isolations de structures enterrées, aussi avec le système Termobag
  • Remplissages et isolations en général (Combles, etc…) 

Utilisation mélangée avec des liants :

  • Bétons légers et isolants à base de Chaux Hydraulique Naturelle (NHL) pour ravoirages (Laterlite Più 3/8), remplissages, dalles et chapes, sols de cave, etc.,
  • Bétons légers et isolants à base de Ciment pour ravoirages, remplissages pour des grands travaux (remblais, etc.…), chapes. 

Dosage pour une utilisation avec liants  

Les dosages avec un liant chaux ont été testés et validés avec les Chaux de St Astier. Pour une chape allégée : 
  • Laterlite Più 2-3 : 700L
  • Chaux NHL5 ou NHL 3,5 : 385 Kg
  • Sable : 380L
  • Eau : 250L
  • Densité : 1150 Kg/m3 
Attention à bien désolidariser le mélange du support avec un géotextile, qui passera bien en-dessous et sur les côtés. Bien talocher le mélange pour obtenir une surface compacte. Ensuite, la couche de finition peut être posée. 

Mise en garde

  • La granulométrie 2-3 est particulièrement adaptée à la pose à sec de revêtements en bois. 
  • Ne pas mouiller le plan de pose
  • Ne pas mouiller la couche de Laterlite Più après la pose
  • Ne pas appliquer avec des températures inférieures à +5°C ou supérieures à +35°C
