Une isolation réussie passe inévitablement par une étanchéité irréprochable, surtout dans les zones où les défis sont les plus grands, comme les angles et les contours de fenêtres. C'est particulièrement difficile en extérieur, le joint devant en plus résister aux intempéries.

Certains utilisent des mastics en silicone. Néanmoins c'est une solution imparfaite: ces mastics se dégradent avec le temps et ne sont pas freins vapeur.

Nous vous proposons plutôt, pour résoudre ce problème, le Contega Solido EXO de Pro Clima, un ruban de raccord durable et résistant.

Proclima Contega Solido EXO - Resistance extrême

Le ruban de raccord Contega EXO de Proclima est idéal pour l'isolation extérieure en raison de sa grande résistance.

Le ruban Proclima Contega EXO offre :

  • Une Haute Perméabilité à la Vapeur (HPV), avec une valeur sd de 0.7m (NF EN 1931)
  • Une étanchéité à la pluie battante (jusque 2400 Pa selon le Innovation Center Iceland et 600 Pa avec la norme  ift, MO-01/1:2007-01, Abs. 5) et aux colonnes d'eau > 2500mm (NF EN ISO 811)
  • Il peut rester exposé aux intempéries 3 mois.
  • Une résistance mécanique lui permettant d'être enduit.
  • Une tolérance thermique extrême, restant stable entre -40 °C et +90 °C.

Mode d'emploi du Proclima Contega Solido EXO 

Préparation

Une préparation minutieuse des surfaces est primordiale avant l'application du Proclima Contega EXO. Nettoyez avec soin à l'aide d'une brosse ou d'un chiffon sec, veillant à éliminer toute trace de gel, de graisse ou de silicone. Les supports minéraux irréguliers doivent être égalisés au ciment.

Il peut s'appliquer sur de nombreux supports, comme les membranes extérieures pro clima et sur d’autres écrans de sous-toiture et pare-pluie (comme en PP et PET). Elle adhère de manière fiable sur des substrats variés comme le bois lisse, les plastiques rigides, et les panneaux de bois, assurant une fixation solide et durable.

Application

En résumé, vous allez l'appliquer avant la pose de la fenêtre. Vous commencez par retirer le film de transfert de la bande la plus fine et la collez sur le côté du dormant. Ensuite, vous faites les détails (coin et chevauchement), posez la fenêtre, puis collez le ruban dans l'embrasure. Tout est précisément détaillé avec des photos très claires dans le document à télécharger.
