Vis autoforeuse hexagonale à embase Drillex Zingue blanc pour tôles

Vis à tête hexagonale à embase (clé hexagonale), à angles vifs pour éviter le dérapage de la boussole pendant l'opération de forage sur tôles et profilés métalliques.

Le filet jusqu'à sous-tête permet le serrage de tôles, même d'épaisseur réduite. La pointe autoforeuse Drillex, permet de percer des épaisseurs jusqu'à 5 mm en filetant et en vissant en même temps.

Le traitement thermique de carbonitruration

Il confère à la vis la double caractéristique suivante :

  • surface très dure, nécessaire pour pénétrer dans les bois les plus durs
  • cœur résistant et élastique, nécessaire pour éviter la rupture des vis.

Le traitement galvanique chromiting

Le traitement zingué blanc 100 H garantit une résistance à la rouille trois fois supérieure par rapport aux zingages standards. Conforme au grade 3 de la norme EN1670.

Contrôle "In Process"

L'ensemble du processus de production est soumis au système de contrôle SPC (Statistical Product Control) qui garantit un niveau de qualité élevé et constant dans le temps.
