Ce pare-vapeur s'utilise avec l'Alutrix Primer d'adhérence FG35 sur béton ou bois !

Description du produit

Pare - vapeur Aludex

Aludex est un pare-vapeur autocollant ignifuge en aluminium. Cette membrane imperméable est appropriée pour les systèmes d’étanchéité à l'air et à l'eau. Aludex dispose d'un pouvoir calorifique inférieur à 10500 kJ/m² conforme à la norme DIN 18234.

La membrane est constituée d’un mélange bitumineux autocollant, de faible épaisseur, et d’un film protecteur en aluminium renforcé capable de résister au passage sur un chantier de toiture. Aludex est utilisé sur les toits industriels et résidentiels.

Conditionnement : 0.8 mm d'épaisseur / 1.08 x 50 m = rouleau de 54m²

Préparation de la surface et mise en oeuvre

Les surfaces où Aludex est mis en place doivent être égales, sèches, propres et exemptes de graisse et de poussières. Appliquer un primer d’adhérence à séchage rapide. L’emploi d’un primer est recommandé ; suivez les instructions du fabricant. Un emploi inadapté du primer aura une influence défavorable sur la membrane et sa mise en oeuvre.
Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, procéder de la manière suivante. Poser la membrane parallèlement au profil de la tôle support et retirer le film siliconé. Les lés de la membrane doivent être superposés sur les côtés de 6 à 8 cm et aux extrémités de 15 cm minimum. Une fois posée, bien maroufler toute la membrane en faisant attention aux détails comme les coins, les bords, les raccords et les superpositions.

=> Aludex n’est pas adapté pour le trafic piétonnier et routier.

Stockage

La qualité et les caractéristiques des matériaux sont préservées pendant une très longue période ; il est toutefois
conseillé d’utiliser le produit dans les 12 mois. Stocker le produit dans un lieu sec, couvert et à une
température comprise entre +5°C et +40°C. Ne craint pas le gel.

Sécurité

Le matériau n’est pas dangereux dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale et par des personnes habilitées.
Dans certaines conditions, il y a un risque de coupure ou de lésion.
=> Tenir hors de portée des enfants.
