Alutrix primer d'adhérence FG35

Primaire d'adhérence autocollante de 4,5 kg.

Application

  • Bien remuer (pour éviter la sédimentation)
  • Appliquer sur le support au rouleau à peau de mouton ou au pinceau ou projeté avec cuve de pression
  • Permet une bonne adhérence entre le support et la masse de bitume SBS autocollante
  • En cas de collage en adhérence partielle, le FG 35 est appliqué à raison de 50 % de la surface
  • Il faut veiller alors à l’absence de bulles d’air
  • Sur les supports très poreux (p.e. béton cellulaire) et sur les paillettes d’ardoise rugueuses, il faut appliquer le FG35 en deux couches
  • Le long des rives de toiture, il faut encoller entièrement une zone de 0,5 m à 1 m de largeur
  • Le support doit être sec
  • Après l’application du FG 35 sur le support, il faut attendre jusqu’à ce qu’il soit entièrement sec avant de poser l’étanchéité de toiture : temps d’attente minimum 35 min.
  • Les membranes autocollantes peut être collé sur le FG 35 jusqu’à 10 heures après son application sur le support
  • Quand le primer est appliqué trop épaissement, il se forme en cas de forte chaleur, une peau sèche au-dessus, mais la masse du primer en-dessous n’est pas sèche. Dans ce cas, il faut craindre la formation de boursouflures. La force d’adhérence diminue fortement.

Points à surveiller

  • FG 35 est un primer d’adhérence et PAS une colle
  • La pose de l’étanchéité dans du primer liquide (= non sec) est défendue
  • Danger d’incendie : ne pas utiliser de chalumeau ni d’appareil à air chaud dans les parages immédiats ou au-dessus du FG 35 étalé et non séché
  • Inhaler : ils est défendu d’appliquer le FG 35 à l’intérieur sans prévoir une intense vantilation. Quand on l’applique à l’extérieur il faut tenir le nez à distance.
  • Dilution : le FG 35 se dilue au diluant G 500, p.e. quand le bidon est resté ouvert trop longtemps. Ajoutez 10 % max. du volume restant.
