Le pied de poteau carré noir pour claustras "prêt-à-fixer" PPJNC est préconisé dans la réalisation de petits ouvrages tels que les clôtures et structures légères de jardin.

Très faciles à mettre en œuvre, ils peuvent être boulonnés sur support béton ou vissés sur bois.

Les pieds de poteau sont fournis avec les accessoires de fixation 

  • 1 pied de poteau carré en acier DD11 (suivant NF EN 10111) finition cataphorèse noire. Dimensions 91 x 91 mm - épaisseur 2,5 mm (corps et platine)
  • 1 chapeau 90 x 90 mm
  • 2 vis pour chapeau Ø4 x longueur 57 mm
  • 4 vis pour fixation pied de poteau Ø6 x longueur 40 mm
  • 4 caches écrou M10

Caractéristiques du pied de poteau acier

Le pied de poteau acier présente les qualités suivantes:  

Matière

  • Acier DD11 suivant NF EN 10111,
  • Finition cataphorèse noire
  • Épaisseur : 2.5 mm (Coprs et platine).

Mise en oeuvre des pieds de poteau

Les pieds de poteau peuvent être mis en oeuvre de différentes manières :

Poteau :

  • Vis de fixation noire Ø6 x 40mm

Platine :

  • Cheville mécanique : goujon WA M10-78/5
  • Ancrage chimique : résine AT-HP + tige filetée LMAS M10-120/25
  • Fixation sur bois : tirefond LAG 10080

Mise en garde

La gamme de jardin ne convient pas pour des applications structurelles soumises à des forces importantes (vent).

Les structures doivent également être correctement conçues et mises en œuvre afin d'assurer la reprise de charges latérales de vent (jambe de force...).

Installation du pied de poteau

Partie basse :
1. Positionner le pied de poteau dans la structure,
2. Identifier la position des ancrages au sol sur le support,
3. Percer le support verticalement au diamètre et à la profondeur préconisés pour les fixations choisies,
4. Fixer la platine au sol à l’aide des chevilles d’ancrages sélectionnées.

Partie haute :
1. Placer le poteau dans le pied de poteau,
2. Fixer le poteau dans le pied de poteau à l'aide des vis fournies,
3. Placer le cabochon au sommet du poteau,
4. Fixer le cabochon au poteau à l'aide des vis fournies.
